The location is convenient near the airport and they have a nice shuttle service. The carpets were stained and the hallways need cleaning. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Make sure to double-check your reservation as I heard others had issues with room assignments.

Free airport shuttle and parking were great, but the cleanliness needs improvement.

The La Quinta by Wyndham Nashville Airport/Opryland is ideally situated for attending local events. be prepared for some challenges; the pool was closed, and cleanliness could greatly improve. With some updates, this hotel could be a solid choice for future travelers.

Charged a mysterious deposit of $50 without prior notice—frustrating and confusing. The staff was polite and helpful during check-in, but the hotel itself felt dated and unkempt. One room had flies; the next was just as grimy, with sticky light switches and a leaky fridge. Breakfast options were disappointing, with warm milk and no syrups. The overwhelming scent of marijuana in both rooms was unsettling, and the noise level was intrusive. One standout moment was the staff helping an elderly guest—moments like that are rare and heartening amid the chaos.

clean room, clean breakfast area with a decent breakfast spread and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist other guests.
Could not be improved in any way.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle took a long time, and the pool was out of service.

The staff make you feel like a VIP with their welcoming smiles. The location is also a breeze for public transport and the hotel won’t hurt your wallet too much.
The breakfast felt more like a scavenger hunt than a buffet.

The room was super comfy with a fridge and microwave, perfect for late snacks! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. Plus, the free parking was such a bonus for my Nashville adventure!
100% recommend ❤️😊

The place was fairly priced, and the staff was friendly, which was nice. The room was clean and decent too. The smell of smoke was a real turn-off, especially since it’s supposed to be smoke-free. The sink was also plugged, which added to the annoyances. Still, it had its perks for the price.

I was thrilled with the dog park, the free shuttle to the airport and the hot breakfast. I felt like a VIP with all the extras. The location was top-notch for exploring the city.
Bugs in the room? What a lovely surprise!

Service was commendable, with the standout being Christopher at the front desk. His professionalism shone through amid the chaos. The breakfast offered solid options: eggs, sausage, waffles, and fruit. my experience was marred by unexpected issues. Ants invaded my room, making it uncomfortable. The deposit charge was not disclosed at check-in, which feels deceptive. The quality of housekeeping was inconsistent. Elevators were unreliable, and the smoky hallways contradicted the smoke-free policy. Staff attitudes at check-in varied; the lack of empathy was palpable. Clear communication and attention to detail could elevate this place. With some adjustments, this hotel has potential.

Walking into the hotel was a letdown; the lobby smelled like smoke despite being marked as smoke-free. The elevators felt rickety, and the hallway carpets were stained and had patches ripped up. Just a really neglected vibe overall.

The bed was semi-comfortable, but nothing exceptional. Temperature control was inconsistent; the room felt stuffy at times. Despite cleanliness, the overall ambiance was marred by loud air conditioning units. The bathroom had drainage issues, resulting in standing water after showers, and the faucet dripped continuously. The lack of adequate toiletries, like toilet paper, was frustrating. Amenities like the supposed vending machines were nonexistent or malfunctioning. The noise level from the hallway made it difficult to sleep well. While Christopher at the front desk was helpful, other staff lacked training and hospitality.

Great location, very close to restaurants and shops. Lovely staff helped me with all my needs, always smiling, which made a difference!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still worth the experience.

This hotel is conveniently near several beautiful parks and landmarks for enjoyable strolls, including the Cumberland River Pedestrian Bridge, which is just over 3 kilometers away, and Two Rivers Park, about 3.5 kilometers from the hotel, where you can relax and take in nature amidst the urban vibe; plus, the area has plenty of dining options within a short drive. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel could definitely use improvement.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth despite the busy lobby. The convenient location, just a short 5-minute drive from the airport, made traveling easy. The room's air conditioning worked well, ensuring our comfort during the stay.
The lobby was uncomfortably warm, posing a concern for employees. Issues with key cards not working seemed to be a recurring problem, as we experienced it on our second day.

During our recent stay at La Quinta, we found that the room was well, equipped with amenities such as an ironing facility, which was convenient for keeping our clothes looking neat and presentable throughout our trip. The heating and air conditioning in the room were effective in keeping us comfortable, especially during the fluctuating temperatures outside. Unfortunately, the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a bit disappointing as we enjoy starting our mornings with a hot cup of coffee. The bathtub in the bathroom didn't drain well while showering, which was a minor inconvenience. we found the free toiletries provided to be limited and of lower quality compared to what we have experienced in other hotels. the room featured an AM/FM alarm clock, which was handy for waking up on time for our planned activities. The flat, screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, and the housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room throughout our stay. While the hotel offered a grocery shopping service, we found that the selection was limited, and it would have been more beneficial if there were more options available. the absence of on, site shops or commercial services made it challenging to purchase any essentials we may have forgotten to pack. We were disappointed to learn that the hotel did not provide an airport shuttle service, as we had to arrange for alternative transportation to and from the airport. This lack of a free shuttle service made our travels less convenient and added extra expenses to our trip.

Stayed at a cozy hotel with a charming vibe during our romantic getaway. A fancy dinner nearby and endless entertainment options made our evenings unforgettable. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home.
The room had a musty odor, and the aging fixtures in the bathroom were a letdown. Furthermore, the carpets showed signs of wear and tear, indicating a lack of recent renovations.

Located close to top Nashville spots like Vanderbilt University, Grand Ole Opry, & Country Music Hall of Fame for an authentic Music City experience. Staff were friendly & helpful. Easy access to explore the best Nashville has to offer.
For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated kids' entertainment area.

Visited Vanderbilt University and the Grand Ole Opry - so lit! Close to all the cool spots - total vibe! Breakfast buff was clutch! Staff was super chill and helpful.
Would be epic if there was a rad rooftop party spot for us young peeps to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
